• This benefit can be used on the day of the competition. Those who do not have a ticket or who will not be attending the event cannot use it.
• Some service details may change due to tournament management circumstances.
• The eligible athletes for Interaction Program with athletes have not yet been decided and cannot be specified.
• Dates for Interaction Program with athletes, commemorative photo shoots, etc. cannot be specified. The schedule may be changed or canceled due to the athlete's health or other reasons.

■ About the Seats and booking

• There are no rates for elementary and junior high school students; they cost the same as adults.
• For plans without accommodation, up to one preschool child may watch the event on an adult's lap for free. If seats are required, a separate application is required for each child.
• Courseside premium seats are reserved seats.
• Seats are in the front row, but seating cannot be specified. Seat numbers will be announced on the day.
• For group reservations of three or more people, seats may not be adjacent.

■ Regarding Applications ・Please enter your personal information accurately. We are not responsible for any issues arising from input errors. ・Applications cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation. Please carefully review the details before applying. ・We cannot guarantee the participation of specific athletes. ・Applications are accepted online only and are on a first-come, first-served basis. ・Up to six seats can be reserved with one application. For seven or more seats, multiple applications are required. However, for group reservations of four or more people, seats may not be adjacent. ・Applications will close once capacity is reached. Tickets may be resold in the event of cancellations, etc.

■ Regarding Payment ・Payment is required immediately after application, and your reservation is confirmed upon completion.

■ Regarding Changes/Cancellations After a Confirmed Reservation ・Participant changes and registration information cannot be made after a reservation is confirmed. ・Changes, cancellations, or refunds are not possible after a reservation is confirmed, except in the case of tournament cancellation.

■ Other ・You will receive a voucher via email. Please present the electronic voucher at the designated location and exchange it for a physical ticket. ・Ticket delivery is subject to change. ・Please make sure your device is set to receive emails from the sales office. ・Tickets cannot be reissued. ・Hazardous items and pets other than assistance dogs, hearing dogs, and guide dogs are prohibited. ・Filming will be conducted by media and staff on the day, and footage may be published in various media outlets. ・Operations may change depending on the COVID-19 infection situation and social conditions. ・Please check the tournament website, social media, etc. for tournament information.

• Resale is prohibited. We are not responsible for any issues related to resale.
• New packages may be sold depending on sales conditions.
• For events included in the itinerary, events may be changed, canceled, or scaled down due to weather or other reasons. However, refunds and travel costs will not be refunded. The same applies to being unable to spectate due to flight delays or cancellations.
• Refunds, cancellations, and changes to seat type will not be possible due to changes to the start time of the event or changes to the management structure at the request of the government or local government (except for seat types that make it impossible to spectate).
