Shirakawa-go Light-up will be held again in 2026! Why don't you visit the World Heritage Site Shirakawa-go in its wonderful appearance, only during the winter season?
- Shirakawago Light Up 2026 Shirakawago holds an annual winter-only light-up event. Strolling through the village of gassho-style buildings (unique-to-Shirakawago buildings), covered with snow and lit by warm light, you must feel like you are in another world.
- Food Sample Making Experience "Food Sample" is a model of food displayed in a storefront or inside a restaurant, which is often seen at restaurants in Japan. In this tour, you can make your own smartphone stand in the shape of an ice cream that has spilled out of a cup! Also, there is a museum with many food samples on display, where you can surely make for memorable photos!
- Takayama Old Town You have a free-time to stroll around the Old Town. Because you visit there in the morning, you can go to the morning market, where you can enjoy the local atmosphere with fresh vegetables and Takayama crafts. Also, seven sake breweries are clustered there. Some breweries offer sake tasting, while others sell sweets and beauty products made from sake. Check it out!
- Snow Playing The sleigh playing are included, so there are endless ways to play, whether you want to slide in the snow or build a snowman! Enjoy playing in the snow as much as you want!
- Strawberry Picking The tour concludes with strawberry picking! Please enjoy as many delicious Japanese strawberries as you like.
- Hotel You will be stay at Hotel Amanek Hida Takayama.

- This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together.
- We might cancel the tour if we do not have at least 15 participants by 30 days before the scheduled departure.
- This tour includes the play in the snow. Please prepare and bring clothing and shoes that are suitable for snow playing.

- Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
- IMPORTANT: The bus will depart according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
- Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion.
- The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
- This tour basically utilizes a bus, and there may be delays in arrival time due to traffic or other factors.
- Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
- Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
- In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
- Please refrain from standing up while the bus is in motion.
- If you accidentally leave any belongings on the bus, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
- Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book. especially if the tour includes lunch.
When playing in the snow
- If you dig a hole, please put it back (to avoid falling in and injuring yourself).
- Please do not enter the off-limits area (to protect the flower garden under the snow).
- If you stop sledding in the middle of the course, please exit the course immediately.
- Please be careful not to disturb other visitors when taking pictures.
- It is forbidden to enter this area with skis, snowboards.
- We will issue an IC card as your admission ticket. 500JPY deposit will be charged if the card is lost or damaged.
- Please enjoy the activities safely by following the instructions given by your guide on the day.
When picking strawberries
- Please listen carefully to and follow the explanations of local staff and guides.
- Please do not run in the park.
- Please do not pick strawberries outside the range.
- Please do not play tricks on the bees.
- Please eat strawberries in the greenhouses.
- Please do not leave leftovers.
