*Normal season The tour includes visiting the Fifth Station of Mt. Fuji by private car. If you prefer not to visit the Fifth Station and wish to explore nearby attractions, the guide can adjust the itinerary accordingly.
*During climbing season Due to access restrictions to the Fifth Station of Mt. Fuji, the guide will take you there by public transportation (shuttle bus). The 2025 climbing season is scheduled to start in early July and end in early September. The transportation fee is included in the tour price. If you prefer not to visit the Fifth Station and wish to explore nearby attractions by private car only, the guide can adjust the itinerary accordingly.
*Winter season Due to snowfall, snow accumulation, and icy road conditions during winter, roads to the Fifth Station of Mt. Fuji may be closed. The closure period is typically from mid-November to late April each year. As a result, the tour does NOT include a visit to the Fifth Station. Instead, the guide will take you around the Fuji area by private car.
The climbing season period and winter road closure dates vary depending on the conditions of the year. We will inform you of the details along with the confirmation email upon booking.
Mt. Fuji Private Guided Tour Price (per Car): 1–3 participants: 132,000 yen 4 participants: 154,000 yen 5 participants: 176,000 yen 6 participants: 198,000 yen 7 participants: 220,000 yen *Meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included in the price.
Hotel pick-up Pick-up is available for hotels within central Tokyo; inside the Yamanote Line, within 1 km outside the line, or in Odaiba. Your guide will pick you up by car at your hotel between 7:30 and 8:00 am. Please enter the official name of the hotel where you will be staying on the day of the tour at the time of booking.
Travel to Mt. Fuji The journey to Mt. Fuji from Tokyo takes approximately two hours. Along the way, you will stop at least once at a service area for a short break.

About the Itinerary and Special Requests
- If you have specific places you wish to visit, please include requests in the "Additional Notes" section when making your reservation. For any requests made after booking, please communicate them directly to your guide on the day of the tour.
- Access to various destinations within the itinerary is subject to weather, road, and natural conditions, which may affect the planned schedule. In such cases, your guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary to ensure the best possible experience for the day.
Access to the Fifth Station of Mt. Fuji
- For Mt. Fuji tours, access to the Fifth Station depends on the season. From late April to early December (excluding July and August), the tour will include visits to the Fifth Station and Lake Kawaguchi using a private vehicle. During July and August, private vehicles are restricted from accessing the Fifth Station due to the "Mt. Fuji Climbing Season Traffic Regulation." During this period, visitors must use designated shuttle buses to reach the Fifth Station. For dates outside of these periods, or if visiting the Fifth Station is not possible or not preferred, the tour will focus on Lake Kawaguchi and other nearby attractions using a private vehicle.
