- For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from booking if there are any nail conditions. -Please arrive with clean, polish-free nails (including gel or acrylic), as removal services are not available at the salon.
- In case of late arrival, the service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
- Please be aware that if you arrive late, your service content may be modified.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as same-day cancellations.
