• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests. & If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• Free time schedules may change due to traffic conditions.
• If the fireworks event is officially canceled by the day before departure, the tour will still operate with an alternative itinerary. The tour price will be refunded minus the fireworks viewing seat fee (JPY 3,500).
• The tour will operate even in rainy weather, as the fireworks may still take place. However, in case of severe weather (such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain, or rising river levels) where safety concerns arise, the fireworks may be canceled or postponed.
• Unless an official cancellation is announced before the tour departure, the tour will proceed as scheduled. In some cases, the final decision may be made on the morning of the event by the organizing committee. If so, the tour guide will inform you on the day.
• Please note that if the fireworks are canceled after the tour has departed, no refunds (including seating fees) will be provided.
• The number of fireworks launched is approximate and subject to change.
• Lunch on Day 2 is not included. Please enjoy free time for lunch around Omicho Market.
• Due to traffic conditions, time spent at each sightseeing spot may be shortened.
• Arrival times may be significantly delayed due to traffic. Thank you for your understanding.

【Regarding Tour Cancellation & Weather Policy】

• Cancellations Confirmed Before Departure: If the fireworks display is officially canceled by the day before your departure, the tour will still proceed with an alternative sightseeing itinerary. In this case, you will be refunded the cost of the reserved seating fee, which will be deducted from your total tour price.

• Tour Operation & Weather Conditions: The fireworks display generally proceeds in rainy weather; therefore, the tour will be held as scheduled. However, the event may be canceled in the event of severe weather (such as typhoons or heavy rain/wind) or rising river levels that pose a safety risk.

• Day-of Announcements: Unless an official cancellation or postponement is announced by the organizers before the tour departs, the tour will proceed. Please note that the Fireworks Executive Committee may make a final decision as late as the early morning of the event. Consequently, your tour conductor may notify you of a cancellation on the day of the trip.

• Important Note on Refunds: If the decision to cancel the fireworks is made after the tour has already departed, no refunds (including reserved seating fees and tour fares) will be provided.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
8. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
9. Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
10. Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
11. Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
14. The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
15. Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.
16. Manage your valuable belongings yourself.
17. After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.
18. Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
19. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book.
20. If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
