• This tour is conducted in Japanese. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translation device (e.g., Pocketalk).

• This is not a private tour; you will share the tour with other participants.

• Odd-numbered groups or solo travelers may be asked to share bus seats with other guests.

• The order of the itinerary or sightseeing duration may change due to traffic conditions or operational reasons.

• The best time for autumn leaves viewing at Korankei depends on weather conditions. The tour will proceed regardless of foliage state.

• Stargazing is subject to weather conditions. If the gondola operates during rain or snow, stargazing will proceed as scheduled.

• If gondola operations are suspended due to strong winds or extreme weather, a refund for the gondola fee will be provided.

• Depending on group size, a medium-sized or small bus without a restroom may be used. Smoking and reclining seats are generally prohibited on the bus.

• If the minimum participant number (20 persons) is not met, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified at least 3 days prior to departure.

• Please ensure you return to the designated meeting point on time after exploring.

• The summit of Heavens Sonohara is at a high altitude and can be extremely cold at night. Please wear warm winter clothing, heavy jackets, and comfortable walking shoes.

• Seats/chairs are not provided at the stargazing site. Please bring your own picnic mat or groundsheet if you wish to sit down.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

• Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.

• Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.

• As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.

• Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.

• Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.

• Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.

• Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees.

• Please wear the sticker provided by the tour conductor visibly.

• Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.

• Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.

• Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.

• Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.

• Arrival times and stay durations at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.

• The peak season for autumn leaves depends on weather conditions. The tour will proceed regardless of foliage state.

• Stargazing is subject to weather conditions. If the gondola operates during rain or snow, stargazing will proceed as scheduled. A refund for the gondola fee will only be issued if gondola operations are completely suspended due to extreme weather.

• The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.

• Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.

• Manage your valuable belongings yourself.

• After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.

• Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour. Found items will be kept for up to 2 weeks (perishable items like fresh apples will be disposed of immediately).

• If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.

• If you have any food allergies, please inform the staff at the time of booking. (We will do our best to accommodate by removing applicable ingredients.)

• This tour runs even in the rain. A refund will only be issued if the tour is cancelled by the company due to extreme weather. Please be aware that no refunds will be given for cancellations made at the customer's own discretion.
