Regarding Flowering, Autumn Foliage, and Snowfall Conditions The peak periods for flowers, autumn foliage, and snowfall mentioned in the tour itinerary may occur earlier or later than usual due to temperature fluctuations. Please be advised that we cannot issue any refunds if these seasonal natural phenomena are not visible during your tour.

Regarding Meeting Times If you are late for the scheduled meeting time, the bus will depart without contacting you. * Please note that no refunds or alternative arrangements will be made under any circumstances in such cases. The check-in staff at the meeting point is not your tour guide. Multilingual support is not available during the check-in process. Please note that if we are unable to contact you, it will be considered as cancellation without notice and no refund will be given.

Regarding Provided Meals and Food Allergies Please note that our company does not guarantee allergy-free meal modifications. Guests with food allergies must review and judge the ingredients at their own discretion. Our company shall assume absolutely no responsibility or liability for any health issues, allergic reactions, or damages that occur as a result of consuming provided meals.

Other Important Information Please note that the schedule may change due to weather conditions. We are not responsible for any belongings left on the bus. Please manage your valuables personally. No refunds will be issued once the tour has started. We will contact you if we determine that the tour cannot be operated. In such cases, we will offer a date change or a full refund. Please be aware that outdoor paths and surfaces may be slippery due to snow or ice. Please wear appropriate footwear. Strollers are permitted, but please be aware that navigating certain areas may be difficult.

・When the number of participants does not reach 10, cancellation notice will be given 7 days before the departure date. Departure notice will be issued within one week before departure

・Drifting ice, flowers, starry sky, falling snow, maple leaves, etc. are all natural scenes and cannot be guaranteed to be viewed.

・After the trip starts, if it is not suitable to continue due to weather, road closures or safety factors, we will turn back under safe conditions. No other arrangements will be made for meals at attractions that cannot be visited and enjoyed, and no refunds will be given. Please understand

・If you have special needs for meals, please inform them in advance when registering (for example, not eating beef, vegetarian, etc.). If it is confirmed whether the arrangement is successful, we will notify you three days before departure. Changes cannot be made three days before departure and on the day of departure, and only the original itinerary meals will be provided.

・Please provide the size and number of luggage when registering. If you do not inform and exceed the reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage that can be loaded, the tour guide has the right to refuse guests to bring luggage on the bus on the day. Guests are required to store their luggage in other storage locations at their own expense. If your luggage cannot be stored and you are unable to get on the bus and start the trip, no refund or any form of compensation will be given.
