Sushi-Making Basic Course
In this program, after making delicious sushi rice, participants will experience cutting a chunk of tuna using a sashimi knife. You will also experience grating raw wasabi, which is a very rare experience. The flavor of raw wasabi enhances the taste of the ingredients in the sushi, making it the most delicious sushi ever. It also has a sterilizing effect, which is essential for sushi. The taste of sushi made with fresh wasabi and your own cut tuna or other top quality sushi ingredients is superb! Ingredients used are the finest natural sea bream, fresh scallops, fresh salmon, crab, and salmon roe. You will make eight pieces of nigiri, two pieces of gunkan, and one thin roll. After experiencing this program, you will be a perfect sushi chef!
Sushi-Making Deluxe Course
As in the Basic Program, we start by making rice suitable for sushi. You will then combine fresh ingredients with the rice to create sushi you can also make at home. In this program, you will prepare six nigiri, two gunkanmaki, and one thin roll, using premium ingredients such as tuna, crab, and salmon roe. You will also learn how to arrange sushi beautifully and tastily. A private instructor will guide you step by step, ensuring a personalized and hands-on sushi-making experience.
Sushi-Making Super Deluxe Course
In this program, after making sushi rice, participants cut tuna with a sashimi knife and grate fresh wasabi, a rare experience that enhances sushi flavor and provides sterilization. You will prepare eight nigiri, two gunkan, and one thin roll using premium ingredients like sea bream, scallops, salmon, crab, and salmon roe. The taste of sushi made with freshly grated wasabi and your own cut tuna is superb-an experience that makes you feel like a true sushi chef. Experience authentic sushi-making in a private setting, guided by expert instructors who will make the art of sushi both fun and unforgettable.
