Come and leave your baggages with Kyoto Tourist Information Center (KTIC). You can travel without heavy baggages around and enjoy the beautiful city.
Kyoto Tourist Information is located on the B1 floor of Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo. It is an easy access from the Kyoto Station, 2 minute walk from the Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit.
Easy and Simple. Just drop off at Kyoto Tourist Information Center by 12:00pm, and your baggages will be dropped off at your hotel around 18:00pm.
Kyoto Tourist Information Center provides sightseeing tours, activities and well as street directing. Please come and ask for any question you have.

- 9:00-12:00 Drop off your baggaages at Kyoto Tourist Information Center.
- 18:00 Your baggage will be delivered to your hotel.

予約前の確認事項
- Please inform the name, phone number and reservation number of the hotel in the remark. We will confirm if the hotel is within the service area.
- Some hotels may be outside of service area.

- Baggage with bottle of water.
- Cardboard box with total outside dimensions (length + width + height) over 90cm (35in).
- 2 or more items packed in one bag.

- Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
- In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
