Important Notes During Bus Tour

・ To prevent infectious diseases, some facilities cannot be entered without wearing a mask. Please wear a mask in advance and participate in the tour.
・ Please wear a mask and refrain from eating, drinking and talking in a loud voice in the bus
・ The bus is shared with other travellers. Please note that you may have another traveller using a seat next to you.
・ As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
・ Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
・ Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.
・ Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for late comers.
・ If late comers wish to re-join the group again afterwards, all transportation fees will be on customer's own expense.
・ Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
・ Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
・ Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
・ Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phone and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
・ Talking on mobile phone and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
・ Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
・ Arrival time at each sightseeing sports may be different depending on traffic conditions.
・ Use of drone for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
・ Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause troubles to other customers.
・ Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
・ After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
・ Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
・ Language used by accompanied staff is Japanese, and "translation app or device" will be used for language support.
・ In addition on the departure day, we will distribute travel voucher which written in your desire language. (English or Chinese)
・ Participant of this tour will ride with Japan local visitor.
・ If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.

■ Participants need to be able to communicate with the guide during this tour in case of emergency. This tour is guided in Japanese only, please refrain from booking this tour if you or any of your companions can’t speak Japanese.

■ At the time of reservation, please inform us whether or not you can speak Japanese and the mobile phone number available in Japan by filling the request column.

■ Participant of this tour will ride with Japan local visitor.

■ As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.

■ Please be noted that you cannot change the scheduled return location after the tour.

■ Please be on time for departure at every stop. The staff will reserve the right to leave on time without waiting for customers who are late.

■ Schedule stops and timing are subject to change with or without notice. -In case of traffic congestion or any other reasons that affect the tour schedule, the staying time at each sightseeing spot will be shortened and arrival time will be delayed.

■ The bus is not provided with a toilet onboard.

■ Items forgotten on the bus can be claimed within 2 weeks. Please understand that if such items include fresh food etc. they will be disposed as garbage.

■ Minimum number of participants: 30. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 3 days before the departure date, or in case of natural disasters etc. we reserve the right to cancel the tour or altering the schedule.

■ Please note that we might not be able to accommodate your request for a front seat in case of car sickness or offering alternative food in case of allergies.

■ After the scheduled departure time, we will depart at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the meeting time.

■ Scheduled times and contents are subject to change depending on road conditions.

■ In the unlikely event that you arrive late and need to use a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be able to respond to your request.

■ Depending on the number of participants, it may be a medium-sized bus or a small-sized bus.

■ No smoking inside the car. In principle, reclining is not permitted. (Excluding some courses)

■ The arrival place may be different from the meeting place.

■ Please refrain from participating with pets.

■ We will decide on the seat for the bus.

■ In case of emergency, you may be shared with the tour conductor. Please note.

■ Facility admission fees included in the tour price are different from the official prices. There is no refund or additional request for the difference from the official price after the tour departs.

■ We may not be able to meet your seating requirements, hotel smoking / non-smoking requests, and allergy requests. After explaining, we may decline in advance.
