1. Conditions for Participating in the Monitor Tour and Vehicle Sharing

• This tour is a special monitor tour organized by the B.LEAGUE.
• As a condition of participation, you are required to complete a questionnaire (takes about 5 minutes, online or on paper) after the tour for the purpose of service improvement.
• This tour is not a private charter plan. You may share a vehicle (large hire car, minibus, etc.) with other customers (other groups).

2. Accompanying Filming Crew and Attribution of Portrait Rights

• On the day of the tour, a professional filming crew (photographer) will accompany the entire or part of the itinerary for the purpose of PR, public relations, and record shooting of this project.
• The portrait rights and copyrights of photos and videos taken during the tour (including those containing the appearance and voice of customers) belong to the B.LEAGUE (Japan Professional Basketball League) and H.I.S. Co., Ltd.
• Taken photos and videos may be used free of charge for publicity and advertising on official websites, SNS accounts of B.LEAGUE and organizers, PR videos and pamphlets from the next time onward, and exposure in media (TV, Web news, etc.). By applying for a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to such filming and exposure.

3. Other Notes

• The itinerary and staying time at stopover sites may be changed without prior notice due to traffic conditions, bad weather, game progress, etc. on the day.
• Spectator rules and manners inside the arena comply with the regulations of B.LEAGUE and Shiga Lakes. Please refrain from actions that interfere with other customers' spectating.

■ B.LEAGUE Common Spectator Manners & Rules

B.LEAGUE and B Clubs have established spectator manners & rules for games hosted by the league. In order for everyone to bring home a wonderful arena experience, we ask for your cooperation regarding baggage inspection at the entrance, as well as spectator manners and rules inside the arena.

(1) For the safety of all visitors and to ensure a comfortable match-viewing environment, please cooperate with baggage inspection. If you do not cooperate, measures such as denial of entry may be taken.

(2) If prohibited acts defined in the spectator manners & rules or acts that pose security problems are committed, you may be subject to measures such as ejection, denial of entry, or confiscation of prohibited items. Furthermore, entry to games other than the game where the violation occurred may also be prohibited.

(3) Seats near the court, especially near the front rows of the court end and court side, may have players jumping into the seating area with strong force out of necessity during play, and balls may fly in regardless of whether it is inside or outside the match. Therefore, please pay sufficient attention to the whereabouts of the ball and players when players are playing.

(4) No refunds of ticket purchase prices or other compensation will be made to those ordered to undergo any of the aforementioned measures. In addition, those ordered to undergo any of the aforementioned measures may be required to pay compensation for damages caused to the league or club due to the violation (including all damages suffered by the club due to sanctions imposed on the club by reason of the violation).

■ Items Prohibited in the Arena

• Dangerous items such as fireworks and firearms, and musical instruments such as drums, horns, whistles, and trumpets cannot be brought in.
• You cannot watch the game with pets (excluding guide dogs, hearing dogs, etc.).
• Bringing glass bottles into the venue is not allowed. 　- Canned beverages can be brought in. - Food and drinks can be brought in.

■ Spectator Manners and Cheering

• Slander against players and referees, as well as statements, acts, and abusive language that are contrary to public order and morals and make other visitors feel endangered, are prohibited.
• Please watch the match from the seat you purchased. Also, during player entry and ceremonies, please cheer from your own seat. Please refrain from moving to seats other than your own, or standing and watching in the aisles.
• All seats are reserved. Please refrain from placing luggage or other items on seats other than your own.
• Please refrain from taking photos in aisles or near the court, sitting on the floor, or obstructing the exposure of advertisements.
• When holding up towels or cheering goods, please be considerate so as not to block the view of spectators behind you.
• Bringing chairs into the standing room area is prohibited.
• Securing space in the standing area is allowed only for yourself. Please refrain from securing seats or areas in advance for companions who will arrive later using luggage or other items.
• Please refrain from using equipment that interferes with surrounding spectating (large telephoto lenses, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, etc.).
• Running around the venue, or running up and down the stairs may cause falls or injure other visitors, so please refrain from doing so.
• Please do not take your eyes off children and be careful not to stand still in the aisles.
• Smoking in spectator seats is prohibited. Please use the designated smoking area.
• The songs used in the match production use Japanese music rather than Western music, while valuing the atmosphere of past cheering.

■ Obstruction of Match Operation

• Do not throw items onto the court.
• Never enter the court.
• Do not use flash when taking photos.

■ Disclaimer If you violate these rules, entry may be refused or you may be ejected. Ticket fees will not be refunded. In addition, if damage is caused to the club or league due to a violation, compensation may be requested. The organizer and management cannot be held responsible for damages such as stain or damage to belongings caused by contact between customers or carelessness (excluding cases attributable to the organizer, etc.).
