About Ticket Pick-up
Tickets and the final itinerary can be picked up in one of the following ways:
(1) Hotel Delivery: Tickets will be delivered by the day before departure to a hotel or approved location in Japan. At the time of booking, please provide the official hotel name, full address (including postal code and prefecture), and the name used for the hotel reservation.
- Delivery to private residences or private lodgings (e.g., minpaku) is not available.
- Delivery to certain non-hotel locations (e.g., offices, embassies) is possible. Please provide full address and recipient details, including contact information.
- Changes to the delivery address must be submitted at least 8 days before the tour date.
(2) Pick-up at Tokyo City i: Tickets may be picked up in person at Tokyo City i (Tourist Information Center) in Marunouchi.
- Available from 3 days before the tour until the day before departure.
- Same-day or next-day pick-up after booking is not available.

Important Notes/Supplements: About Shinkansen
- This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that bookings for groups composed entirely of Japanese citizens cannot be made.
- Customers can board the Shinkansen (non-reserved seat) at their preferred time on the departure date. Please board the nonreserved section and sit on an empty seat.
- Tickets cannot be changed to those for Green Car seating or an ordinary car reserved seating.
- No refunds will be issued even if the Shinkansen tickets are not used. In such cases, please use other public transportation to the destination on your own.
- If you must cancel your tour after receiving the Shinkansen tickets, please complete the necessary procedures at the station and send the tickets back to the planning company.
- A designated entry time applies for Ghibli's Grand Warehouse. Please give yourself plenty of time as entry to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse will not be allowed for those who arrive past the specified time.
Regarding Tokaido Shinkansen Oversized Baggage Restrictions:
- It is not possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto non-reserved cars of the Tokaido Shinkansen. Please check the Central Japan Railway Company website for details (https://global.jr-central.co.jp/en/info/oversizedbaggage/). If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.

- Depart from Tokyo Station / Shinagawa Station / Shin-Yokohama Station ★ Make your own way to your chosen station and board a non-reserved Shinkansen to Nagoya at your preferred time.
- From Tokyo to Nagoya ★ The Shinkansen ride from Tokyo Station to Nagoya Station takes about 100 minutes. To reach Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park by 10:00, it’s recommended to take a train departing by 7:15 a.m. or earlier.
- From Nagoya Station to Bus Boarding Area ★ Board the bus to Ghibli Park at Meitetsu Bus Center 4F, Stop No. 24, located in the Meitetsu Department Store Men’s Building (about 5 min from Hirokoji Exit). ★ Please present your bus ticket when boarding. - Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park Ghibli Park After arriving at the Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park, customers can enjoy their time on their own in Ghibli Park. There is a designated entry time for Ghibli's Grand Warehouse. Admission time is 10:00-10:59.

Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Shared Bus from Nagoya Station to Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park (Ghibli Park)]
- A shared bus (advance reservation not required) operated by Meitetsu Bus will be used from Nagoya Station to Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park.
- As there is no advance reservation system, please line up to board the bus.
- For reasons such as vehicle seating capacity and expressway use, standing passengers are not allowed on board. -In case of full seating, customers will be unable to board. In addition, refunds will not be issued. Please check the operation schedule and take the next bus.
- No refunds will be issued even if customers do not use the shared bus. In such cases, please use other public transportation to the destination on your own.
- Please hand over the bus boarding ticket when disembarking.
- Direct bus operation will be suspended on Ghibli Park closed days and when the park is closed due to weather conditions or other reasons.

**Ghibli Park O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium & Shinkansen Ticket Plan:** - About Wristbands When your Ghibli Park O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium ticket is checked by staff at the first area you visit, you will receive a wristband. After that, please show your wristband at the entrance of each area you visit. When you enter your first area of the day, all members of your party must be present and must enter with the person whose name is on the ticket. In addition, when entering Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, all members of your party must be present and must enter with the person whose name is on the ticket. At your designated entrance time, please present your ticket instead of your wristband. With the exception of Ghibli's Grand Warehouse and the first area you visit, all other areas can be entered individually by presenting your wristband. Re-entry is possible except for Ghibli's Grand Warehouse. Wristband pickup must be completed by 12:00 p.m. on the day of your visit.
