Tickets and the final itinerary can be picked up in one of the following ways:
(1) Hotel Delivery: Tickets will be delivered by the day before departure to a hotel or approved location in Japan. At the time of booking, please provide the official hotel name, full address (including postal code and prefecture), and the name used for the hotel reservation.
(2) Pick-up at Tokyo City i: Tickets may be picked up in person at Tokyo City i (Tourist Information Center) in Marunouchi.
