TEA & JAPANESE SWEETS-MAKING EXPERIENCE Starting Time :8:30-10:30/ 13:30-15:30 (120 mins) Meeting Location: Orizurutei (B208) in the Kikai Shinko Kaikan Honkan building (2 minutes north of Tokyo Tower)


Learn how to make the following eye-catch- ing Japanese sweets (“wagashi”) in our state- of-the-art facility in Shiba Park:

・Seasonal “Nerikiri” white bean paste-based sweets

・Creative “Nerikiri” white bean paste-based sweets

Enjoy three kinds of Japanese tea (Sen-cha, Gyokuro, and Hojicha) chosen by a gold medal-winning Japanese tea instructor. Find out all about the history and culture of traditional Japanese sweets and tea.
