- 12:00Event start Reception (Semboku City Tourist Information Center "Kakunodate Ekimae Kura") ~ Enjoy the hands-on event "Akita's Little New Year 'Snow Cherry Blossoms * Kakunodate'" being held on the same day ~
- 17:00Meeting & Changing Meet at the Kakunodate Ekimae-Gura Information Center. Put on the special "Happi" coat to prepare for the ritual.
- 17:30Historical Lecture Learn the origins of "Hiburi Kamakura" and the deep history of Kakunodate from a professional guide.
- 17:45Transfer to Venue Move to the Honmachi-dori venue, where the air is filled with anticipation and winter chill.
