- This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
- If the minimum number of participants (15) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
- Arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions and local congestion
- After arrival, the bus will leave the venue. You cannot retrieve your luggage, so we recommend bringing only essential items.
- Grove and Snowsuits are not included. Please bring your own items.
- Participants must be 7 years old to participate, but please note that the trek is over 3 kilometers.

- Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
