- In the event of significant flight delays due to weather conditions that prevent us from taking you to your stopover location, we will refund the difference between the regular transfer and the cost of the alternative arrangement.

- No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time.
- We will full refund in case the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters.
- As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
- No smoking inside the vehicle.
- Please do not stand up or walk while the vihicle is running.
- All items left in the vihicle will be disposed by our company.
