Customer Guidelines:

1. Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
2. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
3. This tour utilizes a bus, and there may be delays in arrival time due to traffic or other factors.
4. Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
5. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
6. In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
7. Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
9. Please refrain from standing up while the bus is in motion.
10. If you accidentally leave any belongings on the bus, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
11. Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
12. Please bring a raincoat, as umbrellas are not allowed during the Gion Festival, even in the rain.
13. The duration of the Gion Festival is 60 minutes. Please note that you will leave during the festival.
14. The program is subject to change or cancellation due to natural disasters or social conditions.
