• If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, we will visit Oshino Hakkai Village, Arakura Sengen Shrine, or Fujisan World Heritage Center. Also, due to traffic conditions and timing, some of our stops may be skipped altogether. However, we will try to adhere to the scheduled itinerary as much as possible. As a general rule, we do not provide partial refunds in these cases.
• The Hakone Ropeway and the Hakone Pirate Ship on Lake Ashi may not operate due to various reasons. We may visit an alternative location (also to keep the schedule on days with heavy traffic) such as Lake Kawaguchi (cruise), Hakone Komagatake Ropeway, Lake Ashi Boat Cruise, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Checkpoint, Hakone Shrine, etc.
• Depending on weather conditions (such as high humidity, heavy rain, fog), Mt. Fuji may not be visible.
• Please note that no refunds will be given for weather-related complaints or changes to the tour schedule made by the tour guide or any of our staff.
• If the minimum number of participants (2) is not reached, the tour will not take place that day.
• In case of severe weather or traffic congestion and if the bus cannot pass through the road to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, the tour will visit Oshino Hakkai, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park or Lake Yamanakako Hana no Miyako Park. Please note that an alternative route may be omitted depending on road conditions.
• If you miss the bullet train after getting off at Odawara Station, there will be no refund. Please board the next available train in the non-reserved compartment. If you plan to take the Bullet Train after the tour, please be sure to select the Bullet Train departing from Odawara Station.
• Children under the age of 5 may travel free of charge, but they do not receive a bus seat or lunch. If bus seat or lunch is required, please book under the children's fare.
• Lunch Option: If you choose the No Lunch option, lunch is not included. Please pack your own lunch.
• Allergies or Gluten Free: unfortunately we do not provide gluten free meals, but we can accommodate most of the allergy requests.
• Muslim meal: Please understand that we do offer a Muslim-friendly meal (a pork and alcohol free meal) but it's not halal certified.

Wheelchair User Participation Guide

• Accessibility of Tour Stops: All sightseeing spots on this tour are wheelchair-accessible.

• Boarding the Bus: Please note that our standard tour buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps. You will require assistance from your own accompanying person(s) for boarding and alighting the bus.

• Storage of Wheelchair: If you use a folding wheelchair, it can generally be stored in the luggage compartment of the bus. However, as storage space varies by bus size, please be sure to inform us when booking to confirm storage availability.

• Electric Wheelchairs: We regret that due to size and weight limitations, we may not be able to accommodate electric wheelchairs. Please contact us prior to booking to confirm whether your specific model can be stored.

• Required Information: To ensure smooth arrangements, please inform us of your intention to use a wheelchair at the time of booking.

• As required by Japanese law, please wear a seat belt on the bus.
• Please note that the arrival location of the tour cannot be changed.
• Due to bad weather, Mount Fuji may not be visible even from the base. **Please note that the tour cannot be cancelled or refunded for this reason.
• The order of visits on the itinerary may be changed.
• In case of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable reasons, please note that the schedule may be changed or time shortened at any of the sightseeing spots.
• As it may be cold in the mountains, please bring warm clothes.
• If the arrival time to Tokyo is delayed due to traffic or other reasons, we will not be responsible for taxi fares, overnight accommodations or other expenses.
• If there is only a small group of participants, other smaller vehicles may be used instead of the large bus. In addition, please note that regardless of the method of return to Tokyo, all participants will depart in the same vehicle.
