- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- A voucher required for park entry will be delivered to the hotel on Day 1. Please collect it during check-in. Note that the reservation confirmation sheet cannot be used for entry.
- This is a free-plan tour with no accompanying licensed English-speaking guide or tour conductor.
- Children under 5 do not receive separate bedding. Please specify the number of children aged 0–3 in the remarks section when booking.
- When booking, please reserve using your name as written on your passport. Passports will be checked when entering Ghibli Park, so please be sure to bring them with you.
- Transportation expenses are not included. Customers are to make their own way to Ghibli Park.
- This tour includes a Ghibli Park O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium. The pass allows entry to all 5 areas: Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Hill of Youth, Dondoko Forest, Mononoke Village, and Valley of Witches; as well as the following buildings: World Emporium (Hill of Youth), Satsuki and Mei's House (Dondoko Forest), The Okino Residence, Howl's Castle, and The House of Witches (Valley of Witches). A designated entry time applies only for Ghibli's Grand Warehouse.
- The tour may be canceled in case Ghibli Park is closed due to the weather (typhoon, etc.) or other reasons. For information on Ghibli Park closed days, please check the Ghibli Park official website.
- The tour includes a Ghibli Park O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium, granting access to all 5 areas—Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Hill of Youth, Dondoko Forest, Mononoke Village, and Valley of Witches—as well as buildings like World Emporium, Satsuki and Mei’s House, The Okino Residence, Howl’s Castle, and The House of Witches. Entry to Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse is time-specific.
- The Premium Pass gives full access to the 5 areas and buildings. While only Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse has a fixed entry time, queues may form at other areas. All group members must enter each area together by 16:30.
- The pass also includes access to cafés, restaurants, shops, and play facilities within the park (additional charges may apply).
- Entry to Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse is from 10:00 to 11:00 on Day 2. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
- Visitors must present both the voucher and their passport for entry. Entry is not permitted without either.
- Entry is managed per group. All members must be present together; individual or copied voucher entry is not allowed.
- When your QR code ticket is scanned at the first area, you’ll receive a wristband. Use this wristband to enter all other areas. Entry to Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse and the first area must be done as a group with the ticket holder.
- For all other areas, individual entry with the wristband is allowed. Wristbands must be collected by 12:00 noon on the day of your visit.
- Non-time-designated areas can be entered freely, but queues may occur during peak times.
- Entry restrictions may apply due to crowding or operational issues.
- Re-entry is generally not permitted, except for the Valley of Witches.
- Some attractions and play areas require a separate fee and may be restricted to children 12 and under.
- In case of poor weather, certain facilities may be unavailable.
- Luggage: Lockers are limited inside the park. Please minimize your belongings when visiting.
