Kyoto's Yudofu served in the seasonal atmosphere of Nan Zenji in Kyoto
Yudofu (simmered tofu) was created as a dish to be served at a tea house in front of the gates of Nanzenji.
It is now served to a wide range of diners as a Junsei specialty.
It is nice to have yudofu as one of the many dishes to fill your table with, but it is also recommended to have a simple yudofu be the main dish of your meal.
