- Ticket prices vary depending on the date of use.
- Gondola and lift tickets are valid only for the specified date.
- Shinkansen tickets are included in Plan 2 and must be used as per the travel itinerary.
- Any purchased tickets may not be changed or refunded.
- Please note that tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
- This product is available exclusively for inbound tourists; only foreign passport holders are eligible to apply. Japanese passport holders are not eligible to purchase this ticket.
- In the event of any accidents or injuries during your trip, please note that it will be your personal responsibility. We recommend that you arrange insurance coverage to ensure your safety and peace of mind. ※GALA Yuzawa Terms and Conditions -We arrange Non-reserved seat tickets of Shinkansen.
