• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• Eligibility: This tour is not valid for Japanese nationals. It is available to overseas tourists only.
• This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• The fireworks display will be held even in rainy weather, and the tour will operate as scheduled. However, the event may be canceled in severe weather, such as typhoons or strong winds and rain, or when conditions such as rising river levels make the fireworks display unsafe.
• Unless the event organizers announce the cancellation before the tour departure, the tour will operate as scheduled. The event committee will make the final decision based on the safety of visitors and staff. Therefore, cancellation may be announced by the tour conductor on the day of the tour.
• If the fireworks display is canceled by the day before departure, the tour fee will be refunded. However, if the event is canceled after the tour has departed, no refund will be provided. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point will also be the customer's responsibility.
• The event will proceed in light rain. To avoid blocking the view of guests behind you, please refrain from using umbrellas after the fireworks begin. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.
• Chairs, tripods, drones, and selfie sticks are not permitted.
• Bringing or using fire or flammable equipment is strictly prohibited.
• Food and drinks may be brought into the venue. Please refrain from bringing large items such as coolers, as they may inconvenience other guests.
• No refunds will be provided in the event of partial cancellations or changes to the event program.

• For groups with an odd number of participants, bus seats will generally be shared with another passenger. Please be aware of this in advance.
• Due to traffic conditions or other circumstances, the time spent at the venue may be shortened.
• It may take approximately 10–20 minutes to walk from the parking area to the fireworks venue. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
• Depending on traffic and crowd conditions, the return time may be significantly delayed, and you may miss the last public transportation service. In such cases, transportation costs such as taxi fares will be the customer's responsibility.
• The return time is an estimate and may be delayed due to traffic conditions. Please check the connection to your final public transportation service in advance and make appropriate arrangements for your journey home in case you miss it.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
8. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
9. Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
10. Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
11. Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
14. The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
15. Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.
16. Manage your valuable belongings yourself.
17. After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.
18. Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
19. If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
