・即使是小雨，游行也将如期举行。 ・地点：盛冈市中央大道（岩手县政府大楼前）约500米长的街道游行路线。 ・三飒舞游行从下午6点开始，到晚上9点结束。
说明
很久以前，在盛冈城下町，有一个名叫“罗刹”的恶鬼一直祸害当地百姓。在束手无策之际，人们向三石神祈祷，请求他驱除恶鬼。 三石神听到了人们的祈祷，抓住了恶鬼，并让它在三石神社的岩石上按下手印，发誓永不再骚扰此地。 这个“鬼之手印”的传说也解释了“岩手”这一地名的由来（岩・手）。 此外，为庆祝驱除恶鬼而欢欣鼓舞的当地人，围着三石载歌载舞，并高喊“Sansa, Sansa”，据说这便是“三飒舞”的起源。

The Morioka Sansa Odori Festival will take place in light rain. However, the parade may be canceled in the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions. Please note that if the parade is canceled, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled for another date. Refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances.
Please note that due to expected crowds on the day of the festival, the itinerary of the walking tour may change, and we may not be able to accommodate all requested stops. Thank you for your understanding.
