- ・Practice breathing techniques within Maruyama Park, letting the fresh morning air circulate throughout your entire body.
- Perform several basic yoga poses to awaken your body. (20Min)
- If the rain is heavy, we'll switch our yoga session to a walk through Maruyama Park, strolling through the natural forest—it's quite enjoyable in its own way.
- 09:00Passing through Maruyama Park to the Hokkaido Shrine, and visit the Hokkaido Shrine
- Will share with you the stories of Hokkaido Shrine andW the history of Hokkaido.
- Indulge in delicacies at Rokkatei, a renowned Japanese confectionery shop in Hokkaido.
- Enjoy Famous Japanese sweets set: Hankō(Japanese Sweets) + Tea or Coffee
