Remarks -The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 90 minutes. -If you did not show up after 90 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided. -The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to your designated time, If you arrive 30 minutes earlier than the designated time, please wait for the driver. -The driver's contact information will be provided one day before departure date. -The local operator and driver will contact you in advance - please provide us a valid contact number. -The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center. If you need round trip transfers, please make a separate booking. -Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and lugguage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund.

- The schedule may be subject to sudden changes or shorter visit durations due to reasons such as traffic congestion.
- Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
- In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the vehicle.
- Please refrain from standing up while the vehicle is in motion.
- If you accidentally leave any belongings on the vehicle, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
- Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
