• The Narusawa Ice Cave can be slippery, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
• Entry to Narusawa Ice Cave is not permitted for children under 3 years old or shorter than 100 cm, as well as for pregnant guests or those carrying children (on the back or in arms). No refunds will be provided in such cases. The cave does not have fully maintained stairs; instead, there are stone steps, including sections with a climb of approximately 20 meters. Elderly guests (especially those using canes) or those wearing high heels may be refused entry. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
• Mt. Fuji may not be visible depending on weather conditions.
• If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed due to weather, the visit to Mt. Fuji 5th Station may not be possible.
• If the minimum number of participants (30 people) is not met, or if operation becomes impossible due to force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents, the tour may be changed or canceled. Notice will be given up to 3 days prior to departure (or 13 days prior for tours with accommodation).

- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).

• The tour will depart at the scheduled time based on the staff’s judgment. Please be punctual and strictly observe the meeting time.

• The stated schedule and contents are subject to change depending on road and traffic conditions.

• Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small-sized bus may be used.

• The bus is not equipped with a restroom.

• Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Seat reclining is generally not permitted (except on certain courses).

• No refunds will be provided if special benefits or inclusions are not used.

• If you have any food allergies, please inform the staff at the time of booking. We will remove the relevant ingredients where possible.

• If you require special arrangements, please notify us at the time of booking. (Additional charges may apply.) We will accommodate requests within reasonable limits and may ask you to submit written details regarding your condition.

• Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour ends. Perishable food items or goods that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.

• Participation with pets is not permitted.

• Bus seats will be assigned by our company.

• In case of emergency, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour conductor. Thank you for your understanding.

• For reservations made via the internet, all tour information will be sent by email. No documents will be mailed.

• Due to the enforcement of Japan’s “Work Style Reform Act” on April 1, 2019, limits have been placed on tour conductor working hours. Meal times during the tour will also serve as the tour conductor’s break time. Additionally, the tour conductor may stay at a different accommodation from guests. During free time, guests are generally responsible for their own activities.

• Lost items will be kept for up to two weeks after the end of the tour. However, perishable food items or goods that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
• Requests for seating, hotel smoking/non-smoking preferences, or allergy accommodations may not always be fulfilled. In some cases, we may have to decline such requests in advance after explanation.
