• The fireworks festival is generally held rain or shine, but may be postponed or cancelled due to severe weather. If the cancellation or postponement is announced by the day before departure, the tour will be cancelled and the tour fee will be fully refunded.
• If the fireworks festival is cancelled or the Hakone Pirate Ship service is suspended after the tour has departed, an alternative sightseeing destination will be provided. In this case, the fireworks viewing portion of the tour fee will be refunded, but no refunds will be given for transportation or other itinerary changes. No refund will be provided if the fireworks are cancelled after the display has already begun.
• Weather conditions such as fog may affect visibility of the fireworks during the event. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
• The fireworks festival may be cancelled on the morning of the departure day. Guests will be notified as soon as confirmation is received. Please note that any transportation costs already incurred to reach the meeting point are the responsibility of the customer.
• If the Hakone Pirate Ship is unable to operate due to weather or other conditions, the fireworks will be viewed from a land-based location instead.
• The departure port for the Hakone Pirate Ship may change depending on local operational circumstances.
• Umbrellas are not permitted during the fireworks viewing. Please bring suitable rain gear such as a raincoat or poncho if rain is expected.
• Lunch is not included in the tour. Please bring your own meal or purchase food at a service area or at the restaurants and food court inside Gotemba Premium Outlets.
• Due to the tour schedule, dinner will be served early, at approximately 4:50 PM.
• Dinner menu items are subject to change depending on ingredient availability.
• Time spent at Gotemba Premium Outlets may be shortened due to traffic or road conditions.
• As the tour departs after the fireworks display, arrival back in Shinjuku is expected late at night. Please arrange your onward transportation in advance. Any taxi fares or accommodation costs required due to the late return will be at the customer's own expense.

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The tour will depart at the scheduled time at the tour staff's discretion, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• Departure times and itinerary are subject to change due to traffic and road conditions.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any additional expenses, including taxi fares or accommodation, if delays cause a late arrival.
• Depending on the number of participants, transportation may be provided by a medium-sized or small-sized bus.
• The tour bus does not have an onboard restroom.
• Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Seat reclining is generally not permitted (except on selected tours).
• No refunds will be provided for any unused tour benefits or included services.
• If you have any food allergies, please inform the tour operator at the time of booking. The operator will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements by removing applicable ingredients whenever possible.
• Guests requiring special arrangements should notify the tour operator when booking. Some requests may incur additional charges, and accommodations will be made where reasonably possible. Additional written information may be requested if necessary.
• In accordance with Japan's labor regulations, the tour escort's meal breaks will be taken during scheduled meal times. The tour escort may stay at different accommodations from guests, and during designated free time, guests are responsible for their own activities.
• Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour ends. Perishable food and items that cannot be safely stored will be disposed of immediately.
• Pets are not permitted on the tour.
• Bus seating is assigned by the tour operator.
• In emergency situations, guests may be asked to share seats with the tour escort.
• If the minimum number of 30 participants is not reached, or if the tour cannot operate due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be changed or the tour cancelled. Notification will be provided no later than 3 days before departure (or 13 days before departure for overnight tours).
• Requests for specific bus seats, smoking/non-smoking hotel rooms, or dietary accommodations cannot be guaranteed. The tour operator may decline requests after prior consultation if they cannot be fulfilled.
• For reservations made online, all tour information and notifications will be sent by email only. No printed documents will be mailed.
