~Information on Tatsueji Temple~ Tatsueji is temple 19 of the Shikoku Pilgrimage. It is located in Komatsushima, Tokushima Prefecture. The principal image of this temple is Enmei Jizo Bosatsu and is known as the Sosekisho of Shikoku, the principal barrier station of Shikoku, and Awa no Sekisho, the barrier station of Awa (Tokushima).
~Information on Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgramage~ The Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgramage is one of the few circular-shaped pilgrimages in the world. It includes 88 “official” temples and numerous other sacred sites where Kukai (Kōbō Daishi) is believed to have trained or have spent time during the 9th Century. If walked, the entire route is about 1,200 kilometers long which allows one to experience the abundant natural surroundings of Shikoku and opportunities to mingle with locals.

※If you apply for making Buddhist prayer beads and Goma Fire Ritual Plan Goma Fire Ritual will be held together with 'Otsutome' Night prayer. When you participate in the Goma Fire Ritual, your prayer beads will be placed in the fire of the Goma to purify them and receive blessings.
