- If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.

- The tour will operate even in rainy weather if the fireworks festival is held.
- The fireworks event may be canceled in the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain, or rising river levels that could create safety risks.
- Unless the fireworks organizer officially announces cancellation before departure, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Final cancellation decisions may be made on the morning of the event day, and notifications may be provided by the tour escort on the day itself.
- If the fireworks festival is postponed before tour departure due to a typhoon or other reasons, the tour will be canceled.
- If the fireworks festival is canceled or postponed after tour departure due to sudden severe weather, no refunds will be provided for the tour fee, including reserved seating charges. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point are also the responsibility of the customer.
- The number of fireworks and special water-firework performances are subject to change.
- Lunch and dinner on Day 1 are not included. Please purchase meals or boxed lunches at service areas or stopover locations.
- Time spent at sightseeing locations may be shortened depending on traffic conditions.
- Arrival at the hotel may be late at night due to traffic congestion.
