- Children aged 4–12 are charged the child fare.
- Guests aged 13 and above are charged the adult fare.
- Infants (ages 0–3) may join for an additional 500 yen per adult fare, seated on their guardian’s lap. Each adult may bring one infant (lap seat) free of charge; from the second infant onward, the child fare will apply. If you are traveling with an infant on your lap, please enter the number under “Adult + Infant” when booking.
- For 3-year-old children who require a seat, the child fare will apply.
- For infants aged 0–2, please note that for safety reasons, they must be seated on a guardian’s lap only.
- During certain periods such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays, holiday fares (weekend/holiday rates) will apply even on weekdays.

Important Notes
- The bus has no windows. Please dress appropriately for the weather. In case of rain, raincoats are not provided free of charge. Although the bus has a roof, there are no window panes, so water splashes or rain may enter the vehicle. If needed, raincoats can be purchased at the ticket counter. For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas is not permitted on board.
- All seats are reserved and automatically assigned by computer. Seat selection is not available.
- There are no restrooms on the sky duck. Please use the restroom before departure.
- The route may change or the tour may be canceled due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Drinks with lids are allowed. Please refrain from eating or drinking alcohol on board.
- Large luggage cannot be accepted on the SKY DUCK. Please use station coin lockers or baggage storage services instead. Strollers can be left at the ticket counter before boarding.
