The Experience

Learn to make an exceptional bowl of ramen under the guidance of the head chef of a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded ramen shop. You’ll have the opportunity to make exquisite ramen from scratch. The Ramen shop is known for its long lines of Japanese customers who wait for over an hour, by crafting the noodles and broth from scratch.

Unlike other cooking classes that only provide a brief experience, this class also teach you how to recreate the ramen at home! You also have the opportunity to make ramen using a stockpot for the soup and a noodle-making machine at a ramen shop. Learn about Japan’s rich culture and deep flavors that you can’t experience through ordinary sightseeing, and create unforgettable memories.

  • Arrive at the restaurant and greet the chef.
  • Learn how to make the broth and the noodles from scratch
  • Finish making the ramen noodles
  • Assemble your ramen dish, add some finishing touches and taste your delicious bowl of ramen

  • Noodle Making 1 *Make ramen noodles from scratch in this class. You can make it to your preference depending on whether you like them thin, thick, hard or soft etc.
