Kamikochi – A Stunning Mountain Retreat
Kamikochi, located in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, is a breathtaking mountain resort at an elevation of approximately 1,500 meters. As part of the Chubu Sangaku National Park, it has been designated as both a Special Place of Scenic Beauty and a Special Natural Monument of Japan.
From Kappa Bridge, which spans the Azusa River flowing through the Northern Japan Alps (Hida Mountains), visitors can admire the majestic Hotaka Mountain Range, towering over 3,000 meters. - The tour schedule is based on the typical autumn foliage season, but the timing may vary depending on weather conditions. The tour will operate regardless of foliage conditions as long as the minimum number of participants is met.
