The tour will visit Nijo Castle, Kinkaku-ji Temple, Kyoto Imperial Palace, Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, Sanjusangen-do Temple, and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The course features famous temples, a shrine, a castle, and other majestic places of interest in Kyoto.

- Round Trip from Osaka: An assistant will guide the tour during transfers between Osaka and Kyoto. During the transfer in the morning from Osaka to Kyoto, customers can enjoy traveling aboard the Tokaido Shinkansen (non-reserved seat) from Shin-Osaka Station to Kyoto Station.

- Nijo Castle (50 min) ※ A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this castle was built by Tokugawa Ieyasu, the first shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate. The ornate carvings and intricate decor of the Ninomaru Palace are a must-see. ※ The tour does not include entry to the Honmaru Palace or the Painting Gallery.
- Kinkaku-ji Temple (45 Min) ※ A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this wooden structure is covered with thin layers of pure gold and is beautifully surrounded by a serene pond.
- Kyoto Imperial Palace (40 Min) ※ See the Kyoto Imperial Palace, which served as the Emperor’s residence until about 150 years ago. ※ On days when the Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed to visitors, the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead (with time to disembark for sightseeing). This shrine is famous for the god of learning, and its main hall is a designated national treasure. It’s especially beautiful during the plum blossom and autumn leaf seasons.
- Lunch Time (60 Min) ※ Lunch Included Option: A Western-style set menu meal will be served. ※ Lunch Not Included Option: Please enjoy lunch on your own.
- Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine (30 Min) ※ Fushimi Inari Taisha is the head shrine of around 40,000 Inari shrines across Japan. Its vibrant red Senbon Torii gates are a must-see attraction.
- Sanjusangen-do Temple (30 Min) ※ Visit the world’s longest wooden structure, home to 1,001 life-sized statues of Buddhist Kannon deities dating back to the 13th century.
- Kiyomizu-dera Temple (70 min) ※ The view of Kyoto from the World Heritage Site of Kiyomizu-dera is spectacular. The historic shopping street leading to the temple enhances the overall experience.
- 17:30~18:30 For Round-Trip from Kyoto option: Drop at Kyoto Avanti, in front of Kyoto Station. ※ Please make your way to your next destination from Kyoto Station on your own.
- For the Round-Trip from Osaka Option: Take a train from Kyoto Station back to Osaka Station via JR Special Rapid Service or Rapid Service (non-reserved seat). ※ This tour uses public transportation, and all trains have non-reserved seating. Please note that seats are not guaranteed. ※ You will be accompanied by a tour assistant from Kyoto Station to Osaka Station. ※ The tour will end at Osaka Station.

Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions
- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 1 day prior to the tour at 15:00 (for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the deadline will be advanced to the preceding weekday).
Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- As the Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed to visitors on Mondays (or the following day if Monday is a holiday) and on days when there is an Imperial Household Agency event, the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead. If the closed day falls on the 25th, the tour will visit Nishi Hongan-ji Temple.
- Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December, and from Dec. 26 to Jan. 3. (Closed on the following day if Tuesday is a holiday.) If closed, Ryoan-ji Temple will be visited instead.
- Participants will walk from the parking lot to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine (about 15 min one-way). Thank you for your understanding.
- Refunds will not be issued in case the tour visits aforementioned alternative destinations.
- Seats may not be designated.

Round Trip from Osaka: The tour will be accompanied by an English-speaking assistant (not a National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter) on the outbound trip from Hotel Granvia Osaka to the Sunrise Tours Desk in Kyoto Avanti B1F, and on the return trip from Kyoto Station to Osaka Station.
Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Children/Infants Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats.
