・Please be sure to let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will not be able to accommodate you on the day of the tour. Shrimp is used in tempura. Dried bonito flakes are used in the soup of umen noodles.
If the minimum number of participants 15 is not met by 10 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be cancelled. Please note that bringing large luggage during the tour is not allowed.
Please note that closing times vary from store to store in Ginzan Onsen Town, and some stores are closed in the evening.
- **Children must be at least 7 years old to participate for safety reasons. One adult must accompany each child.
- Alternative: If picking is unavailable due to crop conditions, we will visit "Cherry Land" for shopping (includes a 2,000 JPY refund).
Important Booking Information
- Please be aware that due to congestion with the shuttle buses within Ginzan Onsen, there are many days when the return time to Sendai is significantly delayed.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the bus departure time on the day of the tour.
- If you are late for the meeting place and time on the day of the tour, you may not be able to join the tour.
- As required by Japanese law, please wear a seat belt on the bus.
- There is no restroom available on the bus, but we will take some toilet breaks on the way.
- If there is only a small group of participants, other smaller vehicles may be used instead of the large bus.
- The tour may be cancelled before departure due to bad weather on the day of departure,The tour fee will be refunded, but you will be responsible for transportation expenses to the meeting point.
The tour might be cancelled or discontinued because of the bad weather condition or unexpected accidents. -Please come with non-slip shoes and temperature-controlled clothing. The weather in the Tohoku region varies quite widely in terms of temperature.
Please bring your own towel if you want to take a footbath at Ginzan Onsen.
