Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions

• If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.
• The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 2 days prior to the tour at 0:00.
• If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.
• The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.
• This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.

Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations

• Train times may change due to timetable alterations or other reasons.
• The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
• Seats on the bus and train may not be designated.
• Depending on the number of participants, a sedan or taxi van may be used instead.

Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Meals Lunch for the following days will be as follows.

• Vegetarian meals are available and must be requested at the time of booking. Please input an answer even when there are no requests.
• Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available.
• Same-day changes to meals cannot be made for those with dietary restrictions.
• For Day 1, a semi buffet will be served. Only the main dish may be changed to a vegetarian dish.
• For Day 2, a Western-style set menu meal will be served. May be changed to a vegetarian meal.

At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet and a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.

Regarding Luggage on Shinkansen It will not be possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto Shinkansen. If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.

About Day 1 Itinerary (Nara Afternoon Tour)

• Participants will walk from the parking lot to Todai-ji Temple (about 25 min one-way). Please inform us at the time of booking if any person in your group is using crutches or a wheelchair, or has a chronic illness that makes it difficult to walk for long distances.
• From Jan. 2025, the tour will also enter the Main Sanctuary special visit area. However, in case the special visit area cannot be entered due to events or operational circumstances, the Kasuga Taisha Museum or Manyo Botanical Garden will be visited instead.- Refunds will not be issued in case the tour visits the aforementioned alternative destinations

About Day 2 Itinerary (1-Day Kyoto Tour)

• As the Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed to visitors on Mondays (or the following day if Monday is a holiday) and on days when there is an Imperial Household Agency event, the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead. If the closed day falls on the 25th, the tour will visit Nishi Hongan-ji Temple.
• Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December, and from Dec. 26 to Jan. 3. (Closed on the following day if Tuesday is a holiday.) If closed, Ryoan-ji Temple will be visited instead.
• Participants will walk from the parking lot to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine (about 15 min one-way).
• Refunds will not be issued in case the tour visits the aforementioned alternative destinations
