The SIM Cards can either be send to the guest's hotel in advance, or can be picked up in the HIS Harajuku Tourist Information Center.

Important Booking Information
- Before making a reservation, please check if the phone to be used is SIM Lock free. Please contact your mobile service provider to check if your phone will be compatible. Returns or refunds are not accepted once the package has been opened.
- Although the SIM Cards have unlimited data volume, the connection might slow down if more than 3GB/per day are used.
- The SIM Card connection covers 99% of Japan.
- The SIM Card does not enable incoming or outgoing phone calls.
- If a reservation is made not far enough in advance, a delivery might not be possible anymore, in which case the SIM Card has to be picked up at our HIS Harajuku Tourist Information Center. Website:H.I.S. Harajuku Tourist Information Center
- If the hotel address is outside of Tokyo depending on the area delivery might take more than 2 days, thus reservations might have to be made further in advance. 7.Delivery Service is available only for Hotel or your home. Airbnb or some guest houses are required to pick up the device at our shop or post office.
Important Notes for Harajuku TIC Pick-up The Harajuku Tourist Information Center (TIC) is open from 10:00 to 18:00. Pick-up is only possible during these business hours.
