• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
• Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
• The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
• The monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park are wild animals. They may not be visible due to weather, season, or monkey behavior.
• While the monkeys entering the hot springs is part of their lifestyle, they do not necessarily enter the water at all times.
• It takes approximately 40 minutes to walk to Jigokudani Monkey Park. Please wear comfortable shoes. (Due to deep snow in the area, wearing rubber boots or boots is recommended.)
• If the Suwa Lake cruise is canceled, alternative sightseeing locations will be provided, and a partial refund for the cruise fare will be issued.
• Depending on weather conditions, snow scenery may not be viewable at each sightseeing location.

Customer Guidelines:

1. Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
2. IMPORTANT: The bus will depart according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
3. Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion.
4. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
5. This tour basically utilizes a bus, and there may be delays in arrival time due to traffic or other factors.
6. Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
7. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
8. In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
9. Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
11. Please refrain from standing up while the bus is in motion.
12. If you accidentally leave any belongings on the bus, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
13. Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
14. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book. especially if the tour includes lunch.
