Winter Preparations:
- Bring warm clothes and gloves (no mittens).
- Ear pads and neck warmers are required (knit caps are acceptable, but long mufflers are not).
- Wear trousers that do not interfere with cycling and avoid anything that might get caught in the chain.
- Helmets and spare gloves are provided (included in the price).
- The guide will offer additional advice and support throughout the tour.
