• This tour is conducted in Japanese. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translation device (e.g., Pocketalk).

• This is not a private tour; you will share the tour with other participants.

• Odd-numbered groups or solo travelers may be asked to share bus seats with other guests.

• The order of the itinerary or sightseeing duration may change due to traffic conditions or operational reasons.

• Dinner is not included on either Day 1 or Day 2. Please arrange your own meals.

• The tour will proceed as scheduled, even in rainy weather. A refund will only be issued if the tour is canceled by the company due to extreme weather. No refunds will be given for cancellations made at the customer's discretion.

【Accommodation Notes】

• Rooms are basically booked for 1 to 2 guests per room.

• Guests booking for 2 people in one room may occasionally be assigned two separate single rooms depending on hotel availability.

【Kurobe Gorge Trolley Train Notes】

• The operating section of the trolley train may change depending on weather or track conditions.

• The trolley train cars do not have windows. Please bring rain gear such as raincoats or ponchos in case of rain.

【Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Notes】

• The tour may be canceled if the Tateyama Toll Road or Alpine Route is closed due to severe weather or heavy snow.

• During the Alpine Route crossing on Day 2, please leave your large luggage on the tour bus. Except for your personal valuables, luggage left on the bus cannot be returned until you arrive at Ogizawa Station after completing the route.

• If any transportation on the Alpine Route is suspended due to bad weather and crossing becomes impossible, a refund for the Alpine Route portion will be provided, and an alternative sightseeing spot will be arranged.

• Clothing: Temperatures at high altitudes can drop below 10°C (50°F), equivalent to mid-winter weather. Winter clothing is essential. Bringing gloves, hand warmers, scarves, and winter hats is highly recommended.

• Footwear: Paths around Murodo are covered in snow during early season. Waterproof trekking shoes or boots are required.

• Recommended Items: Sunlight reflecting off the snow can be very strong. Sunglasses and sunscreen are strongly recommended.

• Refuse & Etiquette: Please take all your trash and remaining food home with you. Please use restrooms only in designated areas.

• Drone Policy: The use of drones along the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is strictly prohibited at all times.

• There will be no tour guide or bus attendant accompanying the group. Please ensure you return to the designated meeting point on time after exploring.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

• Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.

• Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.

• As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.

• Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.

• Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.

• Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.

• Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees.

• Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.

• Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.

• Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.

• Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.

• Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.

• Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.

• The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.

• Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.

• Manage your valuable belongings yourself.

• After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.

• Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.

• If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
