【Locally Sourced Ingredients Steamed with "Sume"】 At “Eel Onsen Sumehiroba” in Ibusuki City, visitors can experience steaming local foods by themselves. You can experience steaming with high-temperature steam of about 90°C, called “Sumeh”. The steamed eggs are excellent. This is a special cooking method using geothermal heat.
