Then, return to the cozy home kitchen where you will prepare a range of classic washoku dishes under the personal guidance of your host.
Choose from three menus tailored to different tastes and dietary needs:
The Standard Washoku Course includes Japanese rice, miso soup, teriyaki chicken, dashi-maki tamago (Japanese rolled omelet), tempura, accompanied by Japanese green tea, sweets, and fruit.
The Sushi and Tempura Course offers making temari sushi, inari sushi, deluxe tempura, miso soup, small dishes, tea, sweets, and fruit. This course is vegetarian-friendly.
Classes are kept small, with up to 4 participants, ensuring personalized attention and a friendly atmosphere that feels like cooking with a local family. English is spoken to assist throughout the session. Additionally, aprons, towels, printed recipes, and a certificate of completion are provided.
