Age Requirement: This tour is suitable for ages 7 and above. Children under 7 are not permitted to participate due to cultural activity venue restrictions and the duration of the Kabuki performance.
Minimum Operating Group Size: Plan 1 & Plan 2 (Guided Tours): Requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not met, the tour may be canceled with a full refund or rescheduled. Plan 3 (Ticket & Audio Guide Only): Available for 1 participant or more (No minimum requirement).
Tour & Activity Format: Plan 1 & Plan 2 (Guided Tours): All walking tours, briefings, and cultural activities (Option A, B, or C) are conducted as group sessions shared with other participants (not a private tour). Plan 3 (Ticket Only): This is a self-guided option. Seats and theatre facilities are shared with the general audience.
Meals & Theatre Dining Guidelines: No Meals Included: Lunch is not included in the tour price. Dedicated time will be provided before entering the theatre to grab a quick bite, or buy snacks/drinks (please follow your guide's instructions). No Eating in Seats: Eating inside the auditorium (seating area) is strictly prohibited.
Theatre Cafe & Foyer Dining: The theatre cafe opens 45 minutes before showtime and during intermissions, offering drinks and light meals. Important: CASH ONLY is accepted at the cafe and buffet areas. Please bring sufficient Japanese Yen cash with you.
You are also welcome to bring your own small snacks/drinks to consume in the designated foyer area. *Cafe operating hours may be subject to change or temporary suspension depending on the performance schedule.

Physical Ticket Exchange Required: Please note that you cannot enter the theatre using an electronic voucher or booking confirmation screen. Guests joining a guided tour will receive their physical paper entrance ticket and English audio guide directly from their tour guide on the day of the show. If you have booked the Ticket-Only plan, you must visit the designated ticket pickup counter yourself on the day of the performance to exchange your voucher for your physical ticket and audio guide receiver before entering.
