※ Minimum Number of Participants: 20 If the number of participants does not reach 20, or if the tour cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or accidents, the company may notify you of changes or cancellations 3 days prior to departure (7 days for overnight trips). In the event of typhoons or other unforeseeable and uncontrollable factors, we will inform you by the afternoon of the day before departure.
※ Meals Included: The tour includes lunch on the first day and breakfast on the second day. Dinner on the first day and lunch on the second day will be at your own expense in Atami and Numazu.
※ Hotel Room Types: Room types cannot be specified in advance. Standard twin rooms or Japanese-style rooms are typically arranged.
※ Fireworks Display: The fireworks display will proceed as scheduled in light rain. However, in the case of severe weather, the event may be postponed or canceled. If the postponement or cancellation is confirmed before departure, the tour will be canceled, and the full tour fee will be refunded. If the fireworks display is canceled after the tour has started, the itinerary will be shortened, and the tour will end at Atami Station. Bus fees or itinerary changes will not be refunded.
※ Final Decision on Fireworks Display: The final decision regarding the fireworks display may be made on the morning of departure. We will notify you promptly, but if you are already en route to the meeting point, transportation costs cannot be reimbursed.
※ Safety During Fireworks Viewing: To ensure safety and comfort during the fireworks display, please avoid using umbrellas. We recommend bringing rain gear such as raincoats or ponchos. After the fireworks, the area around the event venue will be very crowded. Please be cautious and prioritize safety.
※ Punctuality: After departure, the meeting and departure times at each destination will be determined by the staff. Please strictly adhere to the meeting times to avoid disrupting the itinerary.
