※ Fireworks Display: The fireworks display will proceed as scheduled in light rain. However, in the case of severe weather, the event may be postponed or canceled. If the postponement or cancellation is confirmed before departure, the tour will be canceled, and the full tour fee will be refunded. If the fireworks display is canceled after the tour has started, the itinerary will be shortened, and the tour will end at Atami Station. Bus fees or itinerary changes will not be refunded.
※ Final Decision on Fireworks Display: The final decision regarding the fireworks display may be made on the morning of departure. We will notify you promptly, but if you are already en route to the meeting point, transportation costs cannot be reimbursed.
※ Safety During Fireworks Viewing: To ensure safety and comfort during the fireworks display, please avoid using umbrellas. We recommend bringing rain gear such as raincoats or ponchos. After the fireworks, the area around the event venue will be very crowded. Please be cautious and prioritize safety.
※ Punctuality: After departure, the meeting and departure times at each destination will be determined by the staff. Please strictly adhere to the meeting times to avoid disrupting the itinerary.
