• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• We might cancel the tour if we do not have at least 20 participants by 14 days before the scheduled departure.
• Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
• Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
• The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
• Please note that the event details and start time of the fireworks festival are subject to change without prior notice.
• For groups with an odd number of participants, bus seating may involve sharing a seat with another guest.
• Due to traffic congestion or other delays, time at the venue may be shortened.
• The number of fireworks and whether underwater fireworks will be launched are subject to change.
• After the fireworks show, you may need to remain on the bus for about an hour until traffic restrictions are lifted.
• It may take approximately 30–40 minutes on foot from the parking lot to the fireworks viewing area. As the path is not paved, please wear comfortable walking shoes.
• The tour will proceed even in case of rain, as the fireworks festival is held rain or shine. However, in cases of severe weather (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain, river flooding) that pose safety risks, the event may be canceled.
• Unless the fireworks festival is officially canceled before the tour departure, the tour will go ahead as planned. Please note that cancellation decisions may be made early in the morning on the day of the event by the organizing committee, and in such cases, the tour conductor may inform you on the day.
• In the event of sudden bad weather leading to cancellation or postponement after tour departure, refunds (including for reserved seating) will not be provided.
• As this is a fireworks viewing tour, the return time may be after midnight (around 24:00 or later). Due to potential crowding and traffic, you may not be able to connect to the last public transportation. In such cases, any additional transportation costs (e.g., taxi fare) will be at your own expense.
• If the fireworks are officially canceled before the day of departure, a refund will be issued minus the reserved seat fee (¥4,000). However, no refund will be given if the fireworks are canceled after the tour departs. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point are the customer’s responsibility.
• If the fireworks are canceled due to severe weather, the event will be postponed to Saturday, September 6.
• Please bring your own items to prevent heatstroke.
• Meals are not included. Please prepare your own food or purchase from service areas or food stalls at the venue.
• The return will be late at night. The indicated return time is an estimate and may be delayed due to traffic conditions. Please check the schedule of the last public transportation in advance and plan your return accordingly. If you miss the last train or bus, alternative return methods and related costs are your responsibility.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. We ask for your cooperation in refraining from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. If latecomers wish to rejoin the group again afterward, all transportation fees will be at the customer's own expense.
8. Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
9. Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
10. Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
11. Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phones and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
12. Talking on mobile phones and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
14. Arrival time at each sightseeing sport may differ depending on traffic conditions.
15. Use of drones for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
16. Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause trouble to other customers.
17. Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
18. After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
19. Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
20. In regards to the fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited.
21. If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.
