Maiko Outfit Experience Transform into the geisha or maiko through authentic kimono dressing and makeup by the renowned geisha of Awara Onsen, known as the flower of Awara! You'll receive authentic styling, including wigs and makeup identical to the real thing, and can choose your favorite pattern from several kimono designs. ※Men can also participate in the experience ※if the wig doesn't fit, the experience will be without a wig.
Mystery Picnic at the Miyadani Quarry Ruins Take one step inside, and you enter a different space of stone, water, and light, detached from reality. It is a place like a sacred domain, once known only to the craftsmen who quarried Miyatani stone. Surrounded by rocks, the space is filled with cool, clear air and the calm surface of emerald green water.

- Miyatani Quarry Ruins (2H approx) Start times vary by season. The afternoon meeting time will be provided in the final itinerary. (Scheduled departure between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM)
- 16:30-17:30 End the tour at local Awara Yunomachi Staion Upon request, we can also arrange transportation to JR Awara Onsen Station (Shinkansen).

This is a private tour. Only your group will participate.
If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, we will refund the equivalent amount of the fee.
Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).

Mystery Picnic at the Miyadani Quarry Ruins 【Clothing】You will be walking through forests and uneven terrain. Please wear clothing that can get dirty and comfortable walking shoes. Start times vary by season. We will provide details in the final notice. March, April, May: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM (Check-in: 2:40 PM -) June, July, August: 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM (Check-in: 2:10 PM -) September, October, November: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM (Check-in: 1:40 PM -) ※If the PM quarry tour is canceled due to weather conditions, we will refund the difference.
