• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• The peak autumn foliage period may vary depending on weather, but the tour will operate regardless of leaf conditions. (Typical peak: Arashiyama – mid-November to early December, Genkoan – mid-November to late November)
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking, so please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
• Lunch will be served at the riverside seating area (kawadoko); please dress warmly.
• Any optional paid sightseeing during Arashiyama free time is at your own expense.
• The Arashiyama boat cruise may be canceled at short notice due to bad weather. In such cases, the cruise fee (¥1,500) will be refunded.

巴士遊覽期間的重要注意事項

・為預防傳染病，部分設施不戴口罩無法進入。請提前戴好口罩並參加遊覽。 ・請戴上口罩，避免在巴士上吃喝和大聲說話 ・巴士與其他旅客共享。請注意，您可能有其他旅客使用您旁邊的座位。 ・日本法律規定，請在旅遊巴士上係好安全帶。 ・旅遊巴士運行時請勿站立或行走。 ・ 巴士上的座位由 H.I.S 工作人員安排，請不要在遊覽期間更改座位。 ・請準時準時到達指定的集合地點。巴士會準時出發，不會等遲到者。 ・ 遲到者若想再次加入團體，所有交通費用將由客戶自理。 ・請貼上導遊在遊覽時給您的貼紙，確保清晰可見。 ・ 請不要將其粘貼在皮革製品上，因為可能會留下印記。 ・請不要使用座椅傾斜功能或更改座椅設置。 ・請將手機、遊戲機等電子設備全部切換為靜音模式。 ・旅遊巴士上禁止使用手機通話和視頻通話。 ・旅遊巴士上嚴禁吸煙。 ・根據交通狀況，每個觀光運動的到達時間可能會有所不同。 ・旅遊期間禁止使用無人機進行拍攝或其他用途。 ・請不要在巴士上使用香水、噴霧或更換嬰兒尿布，否則可能會給其他乘客帶來麻煩。 ・請您自行管理貴重物品。 ・遊覽結束後，請隨身攜帶所有垃圾，請勿將它們留在巴士上。 ・關於水果採摘之旅，請注意僅在農場內消耗。嚴禁用自己的包帶回家。 ・旅行結束後請不要忘記將任何個人物品留在巴士上。 ・陪同人員使用的語言為日語，語言支持將使用“翻譯應用程序或設備”。 ・此外，在出發當天，我們將分發以您想要的語言書寫的旅行代金券。 (英文或中文) ・本次旅行的參與者將與日本當地遊客一起騎行。 ・如果您無法遵守上述規定並在巴士上造成任何滋擾，即使在旅行途中也可能會被要求下車。
