1. Language & Guide Support

• This Tour is a Japanese language tour.

• To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we highly recommended that you install a translation app or similar software on your mobile device before joining the tour.

2. Itinerary Flexibility, Weather & Views

• Visibility of Mt.Fuji: Mt. Fuji may not be visible depending on weather and climatic conditions. Please note that no refunds are provided for poor visibility.

• The order of the sightseeing spots is subject to change due to traffic conditions or operational reasons.

• Fruit Ripening Conditions: Fruit growth depends entirely on weather. If Shine Muscat grapes are not available for picking directly from the vine due to poor crops, previously harvested grapes will be served as all-you-can-eat on plates, or an alternative fruit/gift will be provided. No refunds will be issues in these cases.

3. Cave Exploration: Safety, Dress Code & Strict Restrictions The Narusawa Ice Cave (or Fugaku Wind Cave) has natural terrains that require physical effort. Please review the following strict safety rules:

• Dress Code: The cave is extremely slippery. You must wear comfortable walking shoes or sneakers. Guests wearing high heels or sandals may be denied entry by the site staff, and no refunds will be given.

• Terrain & Stairs: The stairs inside the cave are made of stacked natural stones, not modern paved steps. There is a section where you must climb up about 20 meters. Elderly guests or those who require a walking cane may be denied entry for safety reasons (No refunds).

• Strict Entry Prohibitions: For safety reasons, the following guests cannot enter the cave under any circumstances:

1. Children aged 3 and under who are also under 100 cm in height.
2. Infants/children being carried (either in arms, in a baby carrier, or piggyback).
3. Pregnant women. Please note that no refund will be provided if you fall under these categories and cannot enter.

• Temperature: The temperature inside the cave is around 3℃ (37℉) year-around. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater.

4. Seafood BBQ Buffet & Schedule

• Late Lunch Time: Due to the itinerary and driving distance, lunch will be served later tan usual, around 1:00 PM. Please plan your breakfast accordingly.

• Menu Changes: The buffet menu items (such as specific seafood like oysters, scallops, etc.) are subject to change depending on daily market availability and sourcing conditions.

• Due to the shared nature and self-grilling style of the buffet, special dietary requests (such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, or severe allergies) cannot be accommodated.

5. Punctuality & Bus Seating

• Please strictly adhere to the designated departure times at each stop. To maintain the tour schedule for all guests, the bus will depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.

• Solo travelers or odd-number groups may be requested to share seats with other passengers on the bus.

【Punctuality & Itinerary】

• Strict Punctuality: The bus will depart exactly on time at the discretion of our staff. We will not wait for late arrivals, so please ensure you arrive at the meeting point before the designated time.

• Schedule Adjustments: The scheduled times and itinerary routes listed are estimates and may change due to traffic condition, weather, or road conditions.

• No Compensation for Delays: In the unlikely event that the tour returns late dur to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot be held responsible or financially liable for any resulting expenses, such as taxi fares or overnight hotel accommodations.

【Bus Rules & Seating】

• Bus Type: Depending on the total number of participants, a medium-sized bus may be used instead of a large touring coach.

• No restroom on Board: The tour bus is not equipped with a restroom. However, the driver will make regular restroom breaks at highway service areas throughout the journey.

• No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the bus at all times.

• Seat Assignments: All seats are assigned by the tour operator. Specific seat preferences cannot be requested to share a seat row with the tour conductor.

【Cancellations & Tour Operations】

• Minimum Passenger Count: If the minimum number of participants (30 passengers) is not met, or if the tour cannot operate due to force majeure (natural disasters, accidents, etc.), the tour may be altered or canceled. For this day tour, you will be notified of any cancellation via email at least 3 days prior to the departure date.

• No Partial Refunds: No refunds or alternative compensation will be provided if you choose not to use any of the included tour privileges, entry tickets, or souvenir gifts.

【Other Important Policies】

• Tour Conductor Break: In compliance with Japanese labor lows regulations regarding working hours, the tour conductor's meal times during the itinerary will be treated as their official break time. During designated free-time periods at sightseeing spots, guests are expected to manage themselves independently.

• Lost & Found: Any items left behind on the bus or at tour sites will be kept for up to 2 weeks after the tour concludes. However, perishable items, food, or goods that are difficult to preserve will be disposed of immediately for hygiene reasons.

• No Pets Allowed: Pets are strictly prohibited from joining this tour.

• Digital communication Only: For all reservations made online, all tour confirmations, vouchers, and updates will be sent exclusively via email. No physical documents will be sent to you by postal mail.
