- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
- If the minimum number of 30 participants is not met, or if unavoidable circumstances such as disasters or accidents prevent operation, the tour may be altered or canceled up to 3 days before the departure date.
- The schedule is based on the typical autumn foliage season, but the best viewing time may vary depending on weather conditions.
- The lunch menu is subject to change depending on ingredient availability.
- Admission to Fukuroda Falls viewing facilities and the Ryujin Suspension Bridge toll is included in the tour price.
- The tour will be operated with 2 drivers.

- After the scheduled departure time, the tour will depart at the discretion of our staff. Please be sure to arrive on time.
- The listed times and contents may change depending on road conditions.
- In the event of a late arrival requiring the use of a taxi or overnight accommodation, we cannot accept any claims for reimbursement.
- Depending on the number of participants, a medium- or small-sized bus may be used.
- There are no toilets on the bus.
- Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Reclining seats are generally not allowed (except on some courses).
- Even if you do not use certain benefits, we cannot provide any refunds or compensation.
- If you have food allergies, please inform us at the time of booking. We will remove applicable ingredients as much as possible.
- If you require special arrangements, please notify us at the time of booking. (Some requests may incur additional fees.) If you make a request, we will respond as much as possible. You may also be asked to provide additional written details regarding your circumstances.
- Due to the implementation of the “Work Style Reform Law” on April 1, 2019, limits have been placed on tour conductor working hours. As a result, meal times during the itinerary will be regarded as the conductor’s break time. Please note that they may stay at a different accommodation from guests. During free time, customers are expected to manage their own activities.
- Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the end of the trip. However, perishable foods and items difficult to preserve will be disposed of immediately.

- In case of emergency, you may be seated next to the tour conductor.

- Requests regarding bus seats, hotel smoking/non-smoking rooms, or allergies may not always be accommodated. We may need to decline such requests in advance after explanation.
- For reservations made via the internet, all information will be sent by email. No postal mail will be sent.
