Trout Sushi Making Workshop Visit Minamotono Masuzushi to learn the art of crafting Toyama’s famous local specialty, trout sushi. 1. Take the Shinkansen: Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Kurobe-Unazuki Onsen Station.
2. Transfer to Local Train: Walk 3 minutes to Shin-Kurobe Station (Toyama Chihou Railway) and take the train to Unazuki-Onsen Station (approx. 25–30 mins).
3. Arrive at Kurobe Gorge Railway: Walk 5 minutes from Unazuki-Onsen Station to Unazuki Station.

- Infant Policy (Free of Charge): Infants (4 years old or younger) may join for free but will not be assigned an individual seat (must sit on an adult’s lap). Free infant participation does not include trout sushi making, rental winter gear, or casualty insurance. Please prepare cold-weather gear for infants independently.
- Allergy Information: The trout sushi workshop uses vinegar rice, trout (salmon family), vinegar, sugar, salt, and seasonings. Guests with food allergies should review these ingredients before deciding whether to refrain from participating.

Items to Bring Yourself: Please bring a warm winter hat. Train Heating & Footwear: Trolley carriages do not have heating, so please dress warmly. As the tour includes walking through snowy areas, please wear shoes with good traction.
Seating Arrangement: Seats are assigned on the day of the event by staff (no advance seat selection). Groups may need to ride in separate carriages, and you may share carriages with group tour guests.
Weather Conditions: Event schedules or content may be changed, shortened, or canceled due to heavy snowfall or severe weather.
